Grub to keep you fed

 

 I learned to cook from my Dad. He's good at doing pancakes and sausages and really goes in for presentation.  Note apple slices with cinnamon 

 Beans and rice with a can of spam, onions, Chipotle seasoning and a Memphis BBQ sauce. Filling 

  I just started using lentils in my curry. When I need to fill out one i shall add them. Curry powder Masala sauce Coconut milk  Rice Fry the powder in ghee or butter add the sauce milk and rice. Hearty healthy meal
