Spaghetti with burger patty

 So one of my new comfort foods is to use a burger patty cubed and tossed in a pasta sauce then mixed in with spaghetti.  When you don't have time to make meatballs but you got the other stuff, a hearty meal.

 I cooked them in bacon fat, added Chipotle bbq sauce and shredded cheese on top. With a hashbrown.

Acadian Fricot

So one of the foods I made a lot in Japan was from Farmer John's Herbs Acadian Fricot. Seeing as I had to work on Thanksgiving I made a batch. However I added some leftover brown rice which combined with the dumplings soaked up the liquid. So anyway I added a can of cream of mushroom soup which helped.  So I'll be adding some other soups until I finish it off. Take 2 chicken breast, cube them Cube 3 potatoes Chop up 2 carrots Chop up 2 onions Add the fricot seasoning  Make the dumplings  Enjoy   

Another different Thanksgiving Beans with Bratwurst

 So I took a can of maple baked beans and added Bratwurst which I broiled. I had some buns also so added one in and found some ketchup packs to add. Then I cut up one Bratwurst and added to the beans.

Asian Home gourmet Thai chicken with Curry ramen

 So as part of my Thanksgiving, I decided to make some different foods to celebrate.  This bowl was made with a boneless chicken breast marinated in the Thai spice paste for about an hour then stir fried with an onion and allowed to chill. The Curry ramen was from a Korean ramen pack cooked up, then added to the chicken. Yup a good lunch
