Hayashi rice with bacon wrapped pork medallion

  This item I cooked with potatoes rather than rice as I didn't have any cooked. The Hayashi sauce is by S&B Japanese spice company.  You cook your main ingredients then add water and add the sauce blocks. When they melt and thicken, food is ready

Meatball subs

 A quick supper. Sub buns with marinara sauce, meatballs and shredded cheese.  Spread sauce on split buns, split meatballs onto buns sprinkle cheese on top. Bake 19 minutes at 400f Eh viola bon appetite
