Hayashi rice with bacon wrapped pork medallion

 

This item I cooked with potatoes rather than rice as I didn't have any cooked.

The Hayashi sauce is by S&B Japanese spice company. 

You cook your main ingredients then add water and add the sauce blocks.

When they melt and thicken, food is ready
