My take on Southern style chicken

I went to Cabelas and got some seasonings for my meals.

The chicken was tossed in a Mephis style seasoning, the sauce was a Nashville inspired sauce and the Hashbrowns were sprinkled in Cajun seasoning. 

If I'm having American food it will be Southern
