Guiness Sausage casserole with boiled vegetables

 

Winter in Nova Scotia is still upon us so a chance to make a warm stew for supper.

Red potatoes with red cabbage and carrots paired with a Guiness Sausage casserole. A nice thick gravy woth mushrooms, onion and red peppers. Red seems to be the main colour. Good hearty food.
